Renewing procurement

Public procurement is given more and more targets for themes such as responsibility and innovativeness. These are now the goal, following a path marked by the national strategy. Renewal is also supported by several e-services, of which one of the most developing is hankintailmoitukset.fi, or simply Hilma.
