In 2020, we served the entire public administration of Finland for the first time. This significantly increased the amount of joint procurement tendering, demand for expert services, and communication with customers and suppliers. We are happy that according to the customer satisfaction survey we have succeeded in our work in cooperation – despite the pandemic that has shook the world.
